The Yellowstone franchise is set to expand further with its latest spinoff, The Madison (originally titled 2024). This new series, created by Taylor Sheridan, will explore a fresh story set in Montana, following the emotional journey of a New York family dealing with grief and new beginnings. Scheduled to begin after the final season of Yellowstone airs in November 2024,

The Madison introduces Michelle Pfeiffer in the lead role as Stacy Clyburn, a wealthy matriarch who relocates her family from New York City to the Madison River Valley in Montana

The show’s cast includes Patrick J. Adams as Stacy’s son-in-law Russell, Elle Chapman as her daughter Paige, and Beau Garrett as Abigail, another daughter who is a recently divorced mother. Matthew Fox also joins the series, playing Paul, a self-reliant Montana local who is expected to form a connection with Stacy.

In addition, Ben Schnetzer will portray Van, a neighborly rancher character, which hints at the spinoff’s focus on local ranch life and its conflicts with incoming families from urban areas

Produced by MTV Entertainment Studios and Bosque Ranch Productions, The Madison is part of Paramount’s effort to continue the Yellowstone legacy with new characters and storylines while retaining the familiar themes of family, power, and land struggles.

Sheridan’s storytelling is noted for its exploration of these complex issues, and The Madison is expected to carry the same intensity and depth, potentially appealing to both Yellowstone fans and newcomers to the franchise.
