Actor Salman Khan is returning to the silver screen after four years on the festival of Eid with his action drama, Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan. Helmed by Farhad Samjhi, the film is said to be loosely inspired by Tamil star Ajith’s 2014 film Veeram. It also stars Venkatesh, Pooja Hegde, Bhumika Chawla, Shehnaaz Gill, Raghav Juyal, Palak Tiwari, Jassie Gill and Siddharth Nigam among others.

The trailer of the film hinted at its basic premise where Salman plays the elder brother to Raghav, Jassie, and Siddharth. His three brothers try their best to get him hitched so that they can also get married. Eventually, Salman’s character falls in love with Bhagyalaxmi (Pooja Hegde), and to woo her family, he leaves his violent ways. However, upon learning that her family is being threatened by a crime lord, he decides to protect the family.

Various songs of Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan have been released by the makers to keep the buzz around the film alive. But the mediocre music of the film has hardly helped it in attracting the audience. Despite being an Eid release, it has received just decent advance bookings.
