As the movie gears up for its release on October 6, the film’s makers unveiled its trailer, offering a glimpse into the chilling world of Mission Raniganj. The 135-second promo wastes no time, immediately depicting a large group of miners racing for safety upon realising that water is rapidly filling the mine, cutting off all exits. Unfortunately, they become stranded before they can escape. It is at this critical moment that Jaswant (Akshay Kumar) arrives on the scene, determined to save the trapped workers. But, the question remains: how?

Meanwhile, tension builds in the village as the families of the trapped miners gather at the site, demanding answers from the company.

Despite knowing that this mission could cost him his life, Jaswant Singh Gill makes the courageous decision to enter the mine, emphasising that “even if there’s just one person still alive down there, they’re waiting for us.” With the clock ticking and only 48 hours to save those trapped, he preps up for the mission. “Gill, has this technique ever been used in a rescue mission before,” asks one of the characters to which Jaswant responds, “No, sir, India will be the first,” highlighting that the film aims to authentically portray the heroic story of these unwavering minds.
